When the shipment arrived, one of the beakers was broken (worst nightmare, right?). desertcart wanted me to ship the broken glass back but I contacted the seller directly (their info is all on desertcart, it was easy)and made sure they did want a box of broken glass. Shockingly they said no (and they replied within the quarter hour). A few emails back and forth in under 24 hrs (sending pics and clarifying things) they sent a new shipment out. When it arrived in a few days (i think 3) they sent A ENTIRE NEW SET. They were a pleasure to work with, very prompt and kind. I feel bad that glass broke during shipping, but that just might be the nature of the game with shipping delicate things.
