The description states that the smallest interior dimension is 8.27 inches. In reality you would find difficulty fitting any lens in the bottom compartment that is longer than 6.5 inches. Other than that, I love this thing! Here is a breakdown of what I’ve got in the bag:Top compartment:Canon EF 70-200mm 1:4L USM LensDust cover for the lens that is on the cameraDust cover for the camera itselfMicro Fiber cleaning clothDust brush for cleaning the lensSide compartment (Middle)Canon 6D Mark II Camera with attached EF 24-105mm 1:4L IS II USM Lens. The camera side pocket will NOT fit a camera with an 8in lens.
