Review: Great product for the price - Over all pretty good for the price, gets the job done every time with no problem, it’s retry straight forward, it just has two switches. My only complain till this moment is that the hose where the attachment goes cracked after a month of being used but I clamped it and it seems to be working fine. Some things could be improved.
Review: Overpriced and cheap at the same time - This is a long-term review. I bought mine in 2020. At $250 this vacuum would make sense. At the current listed price of $750 it's an absolute joke. The good: powerful suction The bad: janky and cheap attachments. No cord reel. NO parts availability. Zero. So for example, the sprayer pump WILL seize up, guaranteed. But you can't buy a replacement pump. So either you stop using it as a shampoo vacuum or you will need to have the skillset to rebuild the pump. If you have experience working with rebuilding espresso machine vibratory pumps then you have what it takes to own this unit. But even then the price doesn't add up. Avoid.

Over all pretty good for the price, gets the job done every time with no problem, it’s retry straight forward, it just has two switches. If you're here you are looking for a solution to a vacuum or a carpet extractor. You saw George is both. Your search is over. He is worth every penny. The suction power on George is amazing, it's too good in some instances that you have to develop technique as to not let the hose attachment get stuck to the floor. i should mention i use him for home and in my car detailing business. The exactor is phenomenal although like every full size carpet extractor wand it can be tricky to get all the tight spaces. i have no real complaints that come to mind. George. You won't regret buying him.
