I am not sure what happened in the first shipment, but the two flashlights I ordered were smashed to bits. These feel cheap, but I know I care for my items so the replacement set looks great. The focus is metal, and the housing is cheap plastic. The light bar has four modes: bright, dim, solid red, flashing red. The main light has three modes: bright dim, and strobe. This light will charge my Note9 but I am not sure for how long since it was never timed. It charges at 2.1A. Definitely will buy again. ### ⭐⭐ Disappointed, But Really Wanted to Like *by B***Y on Reviewed in the United States on February 24, 2019* You'll be disappointed in the quality. Really wanted to like this light, but just can't due to some poor design choices that make it feel cheaply built. The lens of the front bulb protrudes significantly past the bezel, which turns to focus the beam--it's just asking to get scratched up. The clear plastic that encases the COB strip (and makes up half of the handle) isn't flush with the other side. It sticks out and has a rough edge. There are minor imperfections (looks like string, but likely plastic) in lens and plastic covering the COB.
