Review: Good insulation - This was purchased to insulate an outdoor rabbit hutch during the winter. Easy to cut and tape in place using Frog tape to join pieces. I did think of staples but I wanted it to be removed during the summer. The rabbit seems warm and happy 🙂
Review: works well - This is good stuff - it really does trap heat (and air), its easy to use. I've used it in the loft to keep the temperature up there a few degrees warmer in winter and several cooler in summer. This brand is much, much better than the whatever brand stuff b&q sell (for the same price). desertcart massively over package this stuff though (left feedback about that), and at time of writing Homebase sell the same for the same price without all the packaging to get in your way. One product gripe is that the the end of the roll is strongly glued to the rest, so its impossible to open without tearing up the end a bit. Seems a shame, because otherwise its a straight forward, good product.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: can i use this to insulate a suspended timber floor?**
A: I have and is working really well. It has made a big difference to what the floor feels like on your feet. I put down two layers and secured them in place with tape.Hope that is of some use.

**Q: Does this come with instructions on how to fit and do I need to buy any special glue or other products to use this?**
A: It's really easy to install, there's a front and back. You'll need a stapler and staples to attach it to your trusses / timbers and you'll need foil tape for sealing the joints. I'd advise having a Stanley knife as well.

**Q: can you use this on top of a concrete floor and how do you glue it to floor?**
A: I can't say on that as i only used it in the greenhouse to keep the warmth in

**Q: Would this trap cold out if we lined our internal garage door?**
A: Metal garage doors can use any type of insulation. 
An affordable option is fiberglass insulation batts. 
Insulating a garage door can be even easier with DIY garage door insulation kits. These kits provide pre-cut insulation, fasteners or tape and sometimes tools like gloves and utility knives.
