I bought this for my partner to help to improve her hair, nails and skin conditions. She tried different products before. But this one does seem to work,She hasn't been taking them for long but her nails seem a lot stronger.Some research shows that 2.5 mg biotin per day found improved firmness and hardness in almost all cases after an average treatment time of 5.5 months. Bought it for my wife. As her hairs start losing lot. When she was brushing hairs its was been found full brush of hairs . After 5 days of using biotin she start seeing different before and after. Its works for her as less hairs start falling.

Easy to swallow
Loosing my hairs extremely bad . And been trying hair skin vitamins before but no much effective. Decided to try biotin itself alongside some hair treatments. And after a week I can see less hair on the comb. Hope to regrow them soon. Chosen this as enough for the year and price is good.
