A+ for customer service.I purchased this jacket in late September to give it plenty of time to arrive from overseas for my son's 16th birthday. The jacket *looks* great at first sight, but upon opening it, there is a terrible fish market smell. We figured maybe we can have it professionally cleaned and have him try it on anyway. There is a HUGE hole on the inside arm of the jacket. I don't even understand how no one noticed this before shipping it, unless they just didn't inspect it. We're so disappointed. I've contacted Amazon and the seller about a return.
