I was willing to spend a little extra for the convenience of the EZ pole setup and this tree delivers. We set it up straight out of the box in about 5 to 10 minutes. The flocking is perfect. Here's a pic I snapped before decorations. It's so pretty, it really doesn't even need decorations... The flocking is a little heavy but it is mostly on the ends, towards the middle of the tree it is just green tips. The tips are very soft which is great, I didn't get scratched when I was decorating and no itching! My husband loves that all he had to do is put the sections together and the lights came on, no cords to match up and mess with. I love that I just have to push a button to turn the tree on and off rather than having to plug in and unplug each time. The cord is plenty long enough!
