The kit itself is ok, no problems, but the plastic box was poor. The lid was held on with sticky tape that had discoloured so it looked awful, but without the tape the lid would not stay on. I had to use rubber bands to keep it together, there are lots of pieces to pick up if the lid comes off! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lack of response to complaint *by N***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 December 2018* The product is fine but is incomplete. Do not expect to get a response from Amazon or its supplier CoolGuy when you raise an issue. My kit is missing two Iodine atoms (Deep Purple) and the numbers on the webpage are inconsistent 153+86 does not equal 238.
