I was using standard kava in lozenges, powder, or capsule. All do not provide quite the same experience as this. I do doctor this up some with creamer/milk/and a healthy sugar free sweetener. It is lovely to drink at any point and noticeably relaxing. I pair it with another larger bag of pure instant kava for strength on occasion and sometimes add more cocoa flavor. It is relatively economical though I wish the bag was bigger.
