I've given away more than 200 of these books over the past 30 years. It remains a "must read" for anyone that considers themselves a sales professional, irrespective of what you sell.  It is also very valuable for people that have to manage or work with others -- even if not in sales.  The book will teach you how to better understand the people you are talking with and helps you speak to them the way they want to be spoken to.  No debate -- this is a must have for all sales people and it cost virtually nothing.  If you are reading this review you are already spending too much time on this decision. Buy it!! :)One secret . . . you don't have to actually read the entire book to understand the strategy -- the first 15-20 pages will get you going.
