**Q: Can i use it to convert from sync 1 to sync 3 is this the only required harness ?**
A: no its just a harness extender with a video input adapter. you will still have to do some wiring and pin swapping, but this will allow you to not have to cut into much of your factory harness

A: Yes

**Q: will it work with 2007 Linc Navigator with navigation screen?**
A: Nope. Needs to be 2013 or newer

**Q: Can I use this harness to connect a camera on a sync 2 device (monted on a 2011 Ford Flex)**
A: I know for sure it works on Ford Fiesta with Sync 3. I don´t know if it works for your car
