Not having had my printer for very long this was the first time replacing the ink, so had fingers crossed these replacements would work. First attempt didn't look good, saying didn't recognize cartridges, next day googled trouble shooting fitting substitute cartridges. This worked by taking the cartridges out again, then turning the copier on, putting them back, then letting the copier run it's cleaning course. My son is happy can print his work! Black ink a little grey! But a great deal.
