The wedge pillow allows me to sleep comfortably when I need to deal with back pain and acid reflux. I have included a picture which I took the removable insert from the headrest pillow and put it on the side so you can see it. The wedge is long enough to allow me to slide up and down a bit to find the best position and still feels comfortable. It is also wide enough for a wide body flame. The wedge pillow I used before is more expensive, didn't have the headrest pillow, either. I am very pleased to find such a wonderful product on Amazon which I have not been able to find it at stores near me. The pillowcases are a nice addition. When I received the package, the two pillowcases were in separated plastic bags in the same shipping box. The instructions explains that you need to wash them first for these pillowcase to shrink to fit the wedge pillow and the headrest pillow better. I guess that these pillowcases are made of Egyptian cotton so they make them a bit bigger initially. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars This size fits me *by E***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 15, 2021* I am 6'-2" and 195 lbs. This is the second memory foam wedge pillow that I have tried. The first one was too long and too high (7"), and I kept sliding down in the night. This pillow is shorter so only my back is inclined. The 5" rise is plenty high for me, and this is the only one with memory foam that I could find at that lower 5" height. I wish it came in a wider version, as you can roll off when turning on your side if you're not awake to pay attention. I had a very difficult time finding a wedge pillow that feels this comfortable. I really like the headrest pillow that comes with the wedge pillow. I was using a pillow that I needed to cut the bottom out in order to make it thinner to use on top of my old wedge pillow which still didn't feel right. The intevision wedge pillow is soft on the top but firm enough to support my 200+ lb body. With this wonderful headrest pillow on top of the wedge pillow, I was able to sleep comfortably through the night. You can remove a piece of foam at the bottom of the headrest pillow to make it thinner if you want which is great. My doctor recommended that I use a wedge pillow to help with my acid reflux and so far this system has proved to be very helpful. Both Egyptian cotton pillowcases included in the package are of high quality. By the way, I have the 7" version and the 12" version and they both worked great. I used the 12" version when my acid reflux was really bad or I got a nasty cold, or use it for reading in bed. Otherwise the 7" wedge pillow would work fine when I only needed to deal with a mild heartburn. The cotton pillowcases did shrink some after several washing cycles but fit well. Overall, I am very satisfied.
