Pup didn't have any issues at all with it on. It's easy for them to eat and drink. When done remove the cover to wash and deflate for storage. My dog measured slightly over 14 inches and at the smallest adjustment it is way too big for her. Then not only is it too big but I honestly cannot see how this would work cause even holding it as tight on her as I could get it, it could easily be pulled right off over her head! I had to return it. Since I've returned it and the seller has seen my review they have adjusted their size chart on the site; however the neck size between 12 and 15 seems to be missing, and most of them recommend buying the larger size if you fall between them, that would not work for this collar; I would recommend going with the smaller size if you're going to buy this one. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Worthless! *by G***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 25, 2019* I measured my dog’s neck, 17”, ordered appropriately. The first time I put this on my dog she slipped it off within a minute. I used her normal collar, intertwined it with this, it now stays on but doesn’t prevent her from reaching the hot spot above her tail.
