My dog measured slightly over 14 inches and at the smallest adjustment it is way too big for her. Then not only is it too big but I honestly cannot see how this would work cause even holding it as tight on her as I could get it, it could easily be pulled right off over her head! I had to return it. Since I've returned it and the seller has seen my review they have adjusted their size chart on the site; however the neck size between 12 and 15 seems to be missing, and most of them recommend buying the larger size if you fall between them, that would not work for this collar; I would recommend going with the smaller size if you're going to buy this one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not bad at all *by K***M on October 13, 2018* Hasn't deflated over three days, good price too. There is so much better than the cone, especially for smaller dogs. My mom’s dog had a lipoma removed His chest and the inflatable collar still kept him from touching his stitches, and allowed him to sleep at the same time when he needed to.
