Verizon I believe has changed the process. I picked up and old jetpack and picked the sim card here on Amazon. It worked. I removed it from my account maybe a year ago but was going to use again. The sim wouldn't work and was on some 'lost or stolen' list. So..ordered another sim. I get the same message with this brand new sim. It clearly isn't lost or stolen.
