My work colleague had the same problem with the zip. They're expensive for low quality boots. When I contacted the seller to ask if they could replace or repair the boots, my email was ignored. DO NOT BUY. The (newer) boot supplied does not.The newer boot will eventually be as comfortable as the older boot, both take a lot of breaking in but its worth the wait.
