    extremely poor quality

*by J***G on Reviewed in the United States on February 26, 2021*

I bought this unit recently, used it for only a total of about 30minutes. Initially it worked fine, then the backend housing broke (inside screw went loose). The switch also got stuck in 'On' position, which can be dangerous. Because I really need it, I taped up the backend housing, and use the extension cord to connect / disconnect the tool. Then when I tried to change the burr bit, I couldn't unscrew the bit from the unit. No matter how hard I tried. Now I have to purchase another unit from a different manufacturer. I also lost the burr bit stuck inside this unit.It has the appearance of a well made product, but it is a piece of junk, money wasted! It deserves a negative rating in my opinion.
