Order came damaged in one of the corners, on the long left piece. Called customer service and they sent me a wrong part, wrong model This part weights more than 200 Lbs. Had to drag this through my driveway. They refused to take back the wrong part they sent. They offered to send a second time another part, I agreed. They sent a second wrong part (they sent a left right return. I have a wright return desk.). Frustrated I asked for a refund. I was provided with a measly $500 to keep the damaged furniture and to get rid of the 2 extra 200 lbs extra pieces now hanging in my garage.
