(That is probably very unhealthy though, and has made me feel really bad) . I’ve started only taking 1 pill in the morning and 1 in the afternoon instead of the normal 2 in the morning 2 in the afternoon dose. It’s made me sweat and overheat a lot which makes me feel really gross. It also severely interrupted my sleep, and is making it much harder to fall asleep now. It has made it a lot easier to not eat though! I feel very good repulsed all the time so I’ve binged less. I can only really stomach <600 cals a day with this, which again probably isn’t good.
