I paid 18.00 for it (and I keep it as an oddity ) In Miami I am the 12th. owner of this radio. The following problems exist and are just part of the units bad operating/design and troubles. Very hard to understand audio, Programming changes when you press the mic ( memory channel chang, transmit power changes . Settings change at random all by themselves. Horrible intermod on UHF, even worse if you use the unit as mobile. Other owners in Miami Fl. described this unit as, " worst operating chinese radio ever sold ".
