It’s savory, porky, rich, and versatile.So, we use a special blend of quality pork ingredients, combined with whole wheat and corn meal, makes Kunzler Scrapple a unique breakfast meat for a sandwich,side or as a stand alone. Our Scrapple can last in your freezer for up to 9 months. Just pre-slice the scrapple in 1/2 inch slices and separate by wax paper. Then you can easily fry a slice or two direct from the freezer.We will ship your purchase fresh and refrigerated with cooler packs sealed in a foam lined shipping box. I live in an apartment and the package was left at the office for three days, unrefrigerated.  There was a replacement package sent and still was not labeled "Keep Refrigerated."  I had to throw away both packages.
