After about 10 minutes of being connected to another computer, it would hang and stop responding. It wasn't due to inactivity, just normal use. This device works great KVM crash-cart adapter for laptop to manage connected computer or server! Able to connect my laptop to a computer system, trouble shoot, take screenshots of the effected system at different points of of it's boot sequence. Very useful!! Software runs from USB data drive portion of the device it self. Pops up like any other USB drive once the device is plugged in.

This is a whole lot better than dragging a keyboard, mouse and monitor into the job. Just throw this in your laptop case and you’re good to go. Every now and then it would hose up, but overall, good product.
