I suppose the only thing Amazon is good for is getting cheap low quality junk which sometimes gets you out of a pinch. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gotta Know How to Use It *by S***E on September 10, 2019* No, it doesn't have a pilot bit. There must be some reason for that. I read a comment from a different manufacturer that a pilot bit is not good on glass. Be that as it may, I made a template, or guide, out of cardboard by folding a box, making a double layer, then drilling the hole into the cardboard with the Flyshop bit. Tape the template onto the wall. Tilt the bit at about a 45 degree angle, slow drill speed, then attack the tile wall. As the bit bites into the tile, bring the bit to a flat position. It stays put, doesn't "travel", and the hole is soon made, very cleanly and accurate. Keep the tile wet to preserve the bit, keeping it cooled down during the drilling.
