Hola amigos de Amazon, utilizo este cacharro desde hace mucho tiempo, unos 40 años, compré otra en Amazon para regalo, os explico como funciona correctamente. El molde nesesito cada vez antes de poner la masa harinar bastante bien para que la masa no se pega al molde. La masa no tiene que ser gorda y no muy fina. Harinar también dentro de los moldes pequeños, después de terminar el trabajo no hace falta lavar, necesito nada más pasar con un paño seco y guardar sin plástico. Le doy la receta de la masa si os interesa. Aqua tibia, sal a su gusto , harina. Nada más, hacer bola y esta bola tiene que ser bastante dura, no blanda. Dejar reposar la masa 1 hora cubierta con película y paño de cocina. Utilizo harina de trigo,, no de fuerza, no de bizcocho, harina normal, compro en mercadona. Escribo comentario porque he leído mucha coment malos. Buen provecho
