**Q: Does the mat smell? My current mat smells like chemicals and I’m trying to avoid that.**
A: Well it did when I first got it. However, i cleaned it with warm water & Dawn detergent with a sponge on either side of the mat & that got rid of most of the smell!

**Q: How does it stick on carpet? Does the mat slide around or stick pretty well?**
A: I wouldn’t say it “sticks” but it doesn’t move around. I use mine on carpet and have had no issues whatsoever with sliding.

**Q: what material is it?**
A: I don’t know the exact material, but it’s the same as any yoga mat I’ve ever used. It’s actually a little thicker than some, which makes it more comfortable for me.

**Q: Does this slip on vinyl flooring? i’m need a good mat for hiit exercises.**
A: It doesn't slip for yoga, but hiit is so much more active.  I wouldn't use this one, I just tried jumping around (burpees and jumping jacks) on it and it did move.

This yoga mat is amazing! Finally something long enough to comfortably fit my 5'9.5" frame. Even though it is on the thinner side, it provides great support for my knees and joints. It’s great, well padded. However, I’m not sure how grounded it would be for me if I weighed less than 150lbs…I think it would be a bit wobbly and not feel solid. The strap is nice, too!
