Review: Good value nice texture - I’m on a low carb diet. Initially I thought the product was quite expensive, but I managed to get three portions from each can, so not too bad. I’m not fond of the konjac noodles, I find them too crunchy, I loved the texture of these Highly recommend

**Q: Do you have to eat the whole can at one sitting or csn part of contents be stored to use st a later date?**
A: You don't need to eat the whole can if you don't want, you can store the rest in your fridge.

**Q: What are the ingredients?**
A: It is pure heart of palm, no other ingredients.

**Q: Does this have the texture of Konjac ?**
A: Although I've never tried Konjac I know that it is a little bit gelly(gum), Palmini is comparison I'd say is tougher than that. Palmini is closer to carrots strands but softer :), I like it.

Although the taste of this “pasta” is not bad, it has no similarities to real pasta at all. It has more of a corgetti or spiralised veg feel.
