Both legging and top are perfect fit. I am 170 LB ordered large. At first I thought how can such a thin micro fibre fleece will help. I didnt want to spend 70$ on wool thermals. So just gave it a try. But its more than worth the price. I am happy with thisUpdated:Took it on my newyork trip... it was freezing cold... it helped me a lot... only one coat/jacket was enough with this thermal... it even snowed 2 days.... i am so thankful i puchased it... legging is super warm works wonders with normal jeans without making you look fat which was my main concern ;) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Happy with these and ordering more. *by M***E on November 19, 2017* These fit better than I expected from the other reviews. I am older so I carry weight in my middle. I am 5'3" 160 lb and bought the xl in white. The sleeve is a bit long so I cuffed it. The top hits down below my hip. The bottoms are a bit long and puddle around my ankles. I live in NW FL and am not used to freezing temps which it could be tonight. It is chilly today with a cold wind over 20 degrees less than what it has been. I went outside with my dogs and was very comfortable in these. I am very happy and ordering more right now. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So comfortable *by A***R on November 10, 2016* I was reluctant to purchase this set due to some of the other reviews that indicated that the top was too short. Then I decided to buy the thermals because I figured that it might be due to height rather than a manufacturer issue. I tried it on to see how it fits. In regard to the length of the top, the torso area fits me perfectly which means it comes pass my waist. However, the arm length comes a little above my wrist, which I feel makes the arm length a little short since I am only 5'4 and 153lbs. This is not a problem for me at all though. Besides, I'm either going to wear it as house wear or as a thermal under garment as originally intended. I bought an extra large but I wear a small/medium. I was afraid that since the material was stretchy it wouldn't fit comfortably unless I went two sizes up. I now realize that I could have gone with a large and still be comfortable but I don't have much of a caboose to take up much space. I like the way the extra large fits though. It contours my body but it's not tight.The material is soooo soft, comfy, and snuggly. The set is not heavy and irritating like other thermal under garments can be. I think I might order another pair. I live in the northeast and these can definitely come in handy during the upcoming winter months, well even now for Autumn.
