I got these rope toys for my 8 week old puppies and they love them. They love chewing on them and they are keeping them occupied. The rope threads have come apart easily at the ends and on some of the knots but at least they are chewing these and not me or my furniture!

Our Boston Terrier puppy is obsessed with these! Love that they are natural and feel good on her teeth. Only one has been destroyed so far, the large one became unknotted and frayed, but the others are still in tact…so far.

My pup loves these toys! They are very cute and a great value for the money. They are not super sturdy and I do not recommend them for rough playing dogs. Most of them are still intact but a couple of the longer ones were broken when playing with the neighbors dog. My dog is a golden retriever and the neighbor has a chocolate lab. These were perfect for her but when the lab came over to play together they were able to tear one of them apart. If your pup isn't a super tough player I highly recommend these. or if you are getting a puppy this is the perfect starter pack for your pup!

At first I was happy that my puppy was chewing away on these rope toys but then one evening I started noticing this extremely strong, industrial almost gasoline oil smell from my puppies breath. Alarmed I searched the house to see what he was chewing on or got into when I found one of the rope toys which had an extremely strong scent “gassing off” from it. My wife almost threw up the scent was so strong. I don’t know the parameters of how these toys are made but I have thrown them away as I feel and sensed these toys aren’t what they are promoted as in regards to being “non-toxic”. Again the smell reminded me of an auto garage.

These are well constructed and a good value for what you get .... But unfortunately they have a superrrrr strong chemical smell so I can't give them to my dog. It is difficult to get out, and it rubs off on almost everything. Any advice on how to deodorize these types of items?

I have small dogs who are really great at tearing through all the toys I buy them. Razor teeth I guess is what they have. These ropes do not fall apart as easily as others I have purchased. You get four different rope toys . My dogs love them.

I’ll tell you why I bought these a second time. These are made of natural fibers which means they don’t hurt the dogs gums and they don’t end up pooping out plastic. I treat my dog with the naturalist materials and this is said to have hemp and cotton. I have to say it’s the best toy on the market for anyone interested in staying natural and allowing the dog to chew, play, and in the unfortunate event of when Beauty swallows parts she has torn up. 5-star because it’s meant to encourage quality-pet/parent-time.Bonus: comes included with many options! Best to store their favorite toy so they don’t end up missing it….

These ropes were useless in a matter of minutes. Our dog chewed through the knots and the outer layer quite quickly.If you only use them for tug it could work, but we were playing tug, left the room for less than a minute and they chewed through the knots so now it is just a rope.
