If you have a wheat allergy, stick to the soy strips (Hickory Smoked), but do not buy the Teriyaki ones of the same brand. If, like me, anyone happens to be soy-intolerant, the Teriyaki ones contain a little soy (soy sauce in the teriyaki), but no where near the amount of soy most vegetarian food is infested with (and instead are primarily made of yummy, healthy wheat gluten). **Q: What’s the expiration or how long do these stay good for?
