We have another family visit scheduled over the Easter holiday this year & need more bed space, so I will soon purchase another Queen air mattress from this company. I also had an occasion to deal with their customer service department regarding something I caused myself, and they helped me out in a most professional matter. The mattress was super hot to sleep on and the deep divet surface make it more like a raft. I'm only 150lbs and it leaked air all of the time, and finally wouldn't inflate at all. We needed it for the guest room for a couple of months. I should've returned it and got my $ back immediately, and now it's too late. Spend the $ on something better. Go to COSTCO for quality. The problem was if the pump breaks their is no way to fill the mattress.
