These Planks are perfect for the grill. Keep a spray bottle of water or a hose with spray head as they flare up at the end.This is good as the flames char the fish perfectly. What's the best is the size as two nice pieces of fish can be grilled together.Fat side out, belly side in. 11 -12 minutes and perfect cedar plank salmon.
