There are also cultures in certain countries that used the fruit for spiritual purposes. Kaffir lime can be found in Laos, Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia and thus, they are mainly used in South-East Asian cuisines. In Thailand, the kaffir lime are widely famous when cooking their famous delicacy dishes. Thai cooking uses them in Tom Kha (soup), Tom Yum (soup), Todman (shrimp or fish cake), Panang (curry), Chiangmai Noddle, Chicken Satay, Prik-Khing curry, and some other curry dishes and hot-spicy stir-fried. It is also mainly used in Lao curry pastes and Malaysian and Burmese cuisines. Many use the kaffir lime for spicy dishes as the taste and the smell could complement perfectly with spicy foods. Generally, kaffir lime contains many nutrition and health benefits. Some use them for hair treatment and treatment for hair follicles. I contacted the company, sent pics and was able to resolve the issue. Troy sent out a new tree and it is alive and very healthy. I wasnt happy when I received my tree but workung with Triy and getting the replacement tree made me very happy and confident that This company really believes in customer service and product satisfaction.

When I received my tree it was almost dead (I dont feel that the poor condition of the tree was the company's fault, rather I think it took to long due to winter storm and dried out). I contacted the company, sent pics and was able to resolve the issue. Troy sent out a new tree and it is alive and very healthy. I wasnt happy when I received my tree but workung with Triy and getting the replacement tree made me very happy and confident that This company really believes in customer service and product satisfaction.

My kaffir lime tree (about 3' tall upon delivery) was in very good shape and is putting out several new branches of growth within 2 months of its arrival. We have already used the leaves in our Thai recipes and they have been perfect. Thank you for a very good little lime tree!
