**Q: I plan to make a tart that calls for “bread flour”. Is this product a good choice?**
A: It really depends on the recipe. Semolina is mainly used to make pasta, but it is used in bread, cakes and tarts too when a certain flavor and texture are desired. I wouldn’t think it’s a good substitute for an all purpose bread flour. But again, it’s hard to say without knowing what you are making specifically. Hope that helps a little!
