Gel pen is a bit runny but that's good in this case. The foam cushion plunger of the marking case is lose, and easily fall out - that's ok, you just have to get used to it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great *by M***E on October 28, 2019* I've only used it one day but it worked exactly as I had hoped. I've picked up workers and drones but I can't help being nervous about accidentally crushing a queen so this is great for me.Not an issue but an observation, it does take a bit of effort and shaking to get the marker going the first time so it's probably best to get that ready before you catch your queen. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product! *by O***8 on April 17, 2019* These queen marking cages are great. I don't have any issues with them. The markers however, you need to be careful with. The tips are very hard and to get the color to flow you have to apply a good amount of pressure and then the color just flows right out. The color is like water and FLOWS out fast immediately. My concern here is that if someone is not ready for this they may kill there queen. I expected the tip to be soft like a felt pen but that is not the case with these. They are very hard.
