I also found that the white stuff from the engraving process is hard to get off the inside of the ring, even after washing it with soap and water like it recommends. it is still stuck in the letters. I feel like if you order a custom item, it should arrive clean but maybe I am the only one who had this issue ### ⭐⭐ The rings run big *by T***A on April 22, 2019* The rings run big. I measured my husbands finger like the instructions say. I matched it to the ring size. Then ordered. It arrived today and its too big. I re-measured my husbands finger and according to the size chart it should fit but it doesnt. ### ⭐ ENGRAVING IS BARELY VISIBLE *by J***S on June 13, 2019* The image of the engraving on Amazon is extremely clear and easy to read. In reality, it's barely visible. I started a return but the seller won't refund the cost because the item is "personalized" and they say the product matches the image on Amazon - which as you can see from my image it doesn't. The seller closed my return request. I really expected a better quality engraving or at minimum to receive my $14 back for 2 rubber rings that probably cost them .10 to make.
