**Q: What are the actual dimensions?  Because the 3.5 " thing amazon states seems too big.  I'm guessing that might be the packaging.**
A: The item dimensions is 9.5 x 2.5 x 3 inches. Thank you.

**Q: Is there a fan inside this power supply unit?**
A: Yes it does.  It has an intake fan that faces front when it is installed.  The PS in the Optiplex 390 died.  This unit went in and the machine has worked perfectly every since.

**Q: Where is this manufactured?**
A: Made in China.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fixing screw holes too small

Bought this PSU to replace the one in my SFF Optiplex 9010 which had failed. Physically it fitted OK into the space but I couldn't use the 3 fixing screws from the old (Dell) PSU to secure it because the threaded holes in the new PSU were a smaller thread. Until I can find some smaller screws I've had to leave it unsecured in the PC case (although it clips into place which holds it pretty well). Otherwise everything OK & my PC is operational again.
