I honestly believe that both have to be cycled. I tried at first taking one Butea in the morning and one Bangalala in the evening. Then I tried one of each in the morning only and then one of each in the evening only. Finally tried one of each in the morning and evening. Tried each combo for 2 to 3 days. The I went 24 hours without any. I was about to take a shower in the morning and thought something was wrong. Given that I have never had this strong an erection in my life, only natural for a 53 year old to panic. I waited an hour before I left for work as this was unprovoked erection.
