I've had several months of physio on my Achilles tendoniitis and wear 10mm heel raises. Been in fairly constant pain for over 2 years. These give instant relief, and I have felt a noticeable difference in the function of my tendon..it feels more springy..got severe scarring on both no usually no elasticity at all.
