It really revs up the circulation, and works well to ‘break down’ tight muscles (e.g., thigh, around knee, calf, trapezoid) after an intense workout session. I haven’t tried it on the face. I like the two that I bought (one slim-handled, small rollers; one short and bulb-handled, larger rollers) so well, that I just bought an additional set of two — so that I won’t be without (or, maybe I’ll gift them).
