Also understand that these pads DO NOT get hot, nor are they supposed.This for the 20x25” far infrared heating pad that has 54 large round flat jade stones. This pad comes with the absolute most useless and poorly translated instructions, I had ever read in 55 years. I can see no reason for the 3 inches of plastic around each side of the pad. This pad is not flexible. For that you would need the the graphene infrared pad. The control on the power cord is really cheap. It I can’t seem to set if for any less than 1 hr. The temp. Setting is in centigrade, which I was not taught, in the U.S. The good thing is.....This pad actually works! I did not have high expectations at all. However, I was happily surprised that it REALLY does RELIEVE my PAIN in my lower back! The more you use it, the better it works. This is the only product I have ever tried (and there have been many) that relieves my back pain. And that is on top of my pain pills. I feel a warming and good kind of tingling all the way down into my feet, while using the pad. I had noting but pain to lose. I am accustomed to the meegan table at my acupuncturist that uses Jade and infrared. This heating pad has really helped with my back pain and my period pains. I love that I can lay on it and it fits my entire back and I don't have to move the pad at all.
