Arrived on time and packaged well. Leather looks nice stitching good. It is in complete pieces, nothing assembled with just a parts diagram. I do not know how to assemble tack and all horse harness and tack ever bought on my own is assembled but adjustable. This is where Seller makes his play. He claims it is adjustable because YOU put it together.
