I've been looking for an odorless coagulant for a while to make the perfect Almond tofu, and this gelatin absolutely delivered. The tofu was nice and soft, with very even mouthfeel. Note: I've learned online that gelatin generally yields softer texture than agar agar or konjac powder and the higher bloom values also gives a less "muddy" end result if you are looking to make a clear jelly.
