### ⭐ Not sure this is yirgacheffe.

I'm not convinced that this is Yirgacheffe. I've been drinking Y all my life, and the aroma and flavor of this isn't anywhere near Yirgacheffe.  Additionally, the vacuum seals on the bags were non-functional, allowing air to freely enter and exit its valve.  Also, it had packing tape all over it.  Not sure what that means.

I'm a bit of a coffee snob. I was hoping to find a premium roaster that is selling fresh, well roasted beans on line. The three bags I got were old and the oil that you see on freshly roasted beans was gone. The coffee these three bags made were bitter and tasteless.
