Product support window closed last month. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Serves its purpose but some challenges *by N***E on Reviewed in the United States on November 25, 2018* I cannot put my full weight (130 lbs) on the belt as it will stop the belt from moving. This means that I have to lean into the tabletop and use my arms and upper body, and put more weight on the front of my foot than my heel, to lighten my step and maintain continuous motion. Also, because of this dymancic the best speed for me only is 1.2 mph or the motion becomes jerky, though I’m still experimenting with faster speeds. Overall, I find the device usable but this element has been disappointing. And, oddly, not written about other users and I even see a video posted by one person that clearly shows a better experience. ### ⭐⭐ Terrible Customer Service - make that NO! I knew it didn’t incline and only went to 4mph, but it is wobbly and noisy. Everyone can hear me when I am on the phone.Most importantly - customer service is HORRIBLE! I have called and left 2 messages and no return call. No one has ever answered the phone - does anyone work at this place?
