I tried to clone the 4TB, but it didn't work.UPDATED: 11/27/2014UCtech has sent me a replacement at no charge. I plugged in and has successfully cloned a 4TB HDD. ### ⭐ This thing is either not working or just plain confusing... or both. *by M***9 on November 16, 2014* I might change this if I find out different, but so far its been two days of no results with this thing. The instructions are very bad, like someone who doesn't speak english wrote it. No substance to the manual what soever, no detail, not helpful at all. I have been trying to clone a drive and it just isn't happening. Perhaps there is something wrong with the drive, this unit, the other two drives? I have no idea. What does pressing the button after 10 seconds for three seconds actually do? Supposed to start the standalone clone process, but is it a "real" 10 seconds, a 'real" 3 seconds - or what? I saw this thing sit there at 25% all night the first night, now i am trying again after using some hard drive utilities - light stuck at 75% all day. Then I pressed the button again and it lit up and jumped to the red 50%. Its a very confusing machine - does pressing the button again do anything??? What does it do if there are bad sectors? Have no idea.I went to their website and guess what - all of these devices for cloning / docking are not there. Feedback buttons don't work.
