Adults can bounce all day as well as kids . The springs are huge and the poles and pipes are much thicker than all others I looked at. Our backyard gets strong winds so we wanted something we didnt have to worry about and this is it! Kids love it and we use it too. Inside dimensions are smaller than the 14' and probably about 12' which is fine since only one person goes in at a time for safety.
