We also used the hydra bebe face cream as we found it moists the skin immediately, but we only use it now when there are no flare ups and in between applications of the stelatopia one, if even. We started applying the stelatopia cream as needed several times during the day, but now only do in the mornings and before bedtime (it took about a week for his skin to improve from fully flaky to normal, but worked immediately with flare ups). Just clean baby's face with plain water, pat dry but leave some moist, and then apply the cream starting on the most affected areas, spreading into a thin layer. It works wonders! This cream is a bit pricier compared to others and it is hard to find in Northern Ireland, but for me it's worth the money.
