Outstanding. My special needs niece requires a prescription med to help her with sleep. Despite this pharmeceutical in place, wandering until after midnight and during the night was common. I started giving her QuickSilver Melatonin approximately one hour before the prescription med & within 30-60 minutes thereafter...she is soundly asleep and returns to sleep after getting up to toilet during the night vs wandering for an hour or more.
